Shipping, Cancellation, Refund Policy
When would I receive my Product?
Most of the successfully placed ordered are shipped within 48 hrs and delivered within 7 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
Would I receive an email confirmation after the product is shipped?
Indeed yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped with the tracking ID of the courier company.
The orders can be cancelled any time before 24 Hours from the Date of Order. You just need to contact us at care@CustomPrintShoppe.com. If the order is prepaid then our customer service team would refund your money.
After 24 Hours from the Order, unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel the order but you can raise a return request for the same order as you receive it. Kindly refer the return guide for the same.
Not satisfied with the ordered product, so what should I do?
Note: Return Policy does not apply to the Customized Products.
No need of getting upset just sit back and contact us at care@CustomPrintShoppe.com and if you are eligible for return we would send you return approval email within 48 working hrs of your email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our return policy lasts only 7 days after the product gets delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange against the product.
How should I return the product?
To return your product, you need to send the respective product to the address communicated to you in return approval mail. The courier charges maximum to Rs. 50 would be refunded to you. Kindly ship through a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
Most important, what about the money I paid?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days along with shipping charge you paid if any.
What if the money is not received?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
What if I am not satisfied with the product delivered but I loved it and want it the product only and not the refund?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would do the next.
